    The JustRelate Group is growing rapidly. To enable that growth we are looking for a recruiter focusing on tech talent sourcing in Poland.     Your responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, identifying talent, find the right angle for contact via social media and data bases, interview and finally deliver an offer
    • You conduct telephone interviews to inform, pre-screen and to provide the hiring manager with relevant information about the candidate
    • You answer open questions from the candidate and give them an overall overview about company and position as far as you can
    • You are responsible for your part of the application management, making appointments and up-keeping informations about the ongoing application process
    • You can constantly improve the recruitment process, we are open for new ideas regarding new recruiting tools and job-portals for the IT job market in Poland

    Our requirements

    • You have a passion and solid knowledge about the topic recruitment, direct speech to IT / tech experts and the placement of the right people
    • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in direct sourcing IT / tech experts via e.g. social media channels such as LinkedIn
    • Ideally you have knowledge and experience related to labour law generally and especially regulations about hiring non EU citizens whose are living in Poland
    • You have a high amount of initiative, willingness to perform and learn and you work independently. But you also know when it is the right time to ask for help
    • You have excellent English and Polish communication skills
    • You bring a very active and hands-on work mentality
