    Twój zakres obowiązków

    • Zarządzanie należnościami (uzgadnianie sald, proaktywne działania)
    • Analizowanie i monitorowanie należności klientów
    • Kontrolowanie rozliczeń z klientami w oparciu o wynagrodzenie godzinowe
    • Wystawianie i księgowanie faktur sprzedaży oraz faktur korygujących na podstawie umów i fakturowania wewnątrzgrupowego
    • Udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca, przygotowywanie ksiąg rachunkowych do raportów dla grupy
    • Obliczanie wartości kontraktów w trakcie realizacji
    • Współpraca z działami operacyjnymi w zakresie rozliczeń projektów
    • Aktywny udział w procesie audytu na koniec roku
    • Wsparcie zespołu księgowego w różnych zadaniach księgowych (księgowanie faktur zakupowych, kosztów podróży służbowych, wyciągów bankowych)

    Nasze wymagania

    • Biegła komunikacja w języku angielskim
    • Wykształcenie w zakresie rachunkowości lub finansów
    • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w księgowości
    • Dobra znajomość zasad rachunkowości, procesów i przepisów podatkowych - znajomość międzynarodowych przepisów dotyczących podatku VAT będzie dodatkowym atutem
    • Dobra znajomość programów Microsoft Office, w szczególności Excel - znajomość Microsoft Navision/BC365 będzie dodatkowym atutem
    • Dbałość o szczegóły, dokładność i rzetelność
    • Proaktywna postawa i zaangażowanie

    Tasks:

    Your responsibilities

    • Performing electrical and mechanical repairs (working with high voltage), including installation activities and utilizing our systems such as condition monitoring/ remote control and creating subsequent work orders.
