Miejsce pracy: Kraków, Katowice, Warszawa
If you are an experienced hard-working infrastructure engineer and have at least one year of experience with Microsoft Azure services and understand what Office 365 is about, this is a role for you.
Don’t worry if you’re not a Microsoft cloud expert yet, at Meritum Cloud you will have an opportunity to become one sooner than you think!
We are looking for someone passionate about Public Cloud and willing to provide a world class service to our clients. You will be participating in international projects and operations activities, therefore you have to be a fluent English speaker. We guarantee you will learn a lot about Microsoft Cloud Services from your more experienced colleagues and we will support your growth by investing in your training and development.
Your role will be split between Support/Operations and Project Delivery activities in the Microsoft Cloud space therefore some hands-on experience with Office 365 services would be a real bonus. You will monitor and manage our clients’ on-premises Windows Server and Cloud IT infrastructure, mainly IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services in Microsoft Azure and Office 365. You will also be involved in providing 2nd and 3rd line support, resolving tickets related to end user issues and infrastructure problems and analyse the root cause of recurring problems.
