Zakres obowiązków

Developing and implementing the sales and business development strategy for the Polish market
Taking responsibility for achieving sales targets and the financial performance of the business area
Driving sales growth through both existing customers and active acquisition of new B2B clients
Managing, developing and motivating the sales team
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and business partners
Identifying new business opportunities and developing new sales channels
Monitoring the market, competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for further growth
Working closely with the headquarters and other international structures within the organisation
Taking responsibility for the development of the sales organisation, processes and sales standards
Monitoring KPIs and regularly reporting on business performance and strategy execution

Wymagania

We are looking for a professional with several years of experience in B2B sales, combining a strong track record in business development with proven experience in managing sales teams.

The ideal candidate:

Has solid experience in B2B sales and developing customer portfolios
Is able to develop and execute a sales strategy while remaining close to the market and customers
Has proven experience in managing sales teams and developing salespeople's capabilities
Demonstrates strong negotiation and commercial skills
Has a good understanding of P&L, sales KPIs and profitability management
Is entrepreneurial, independent and strongly growth-oriented
Is fluent in English and comfortable working within an international organisation
