Zakres obowiązków

  • Full responsibility for business performance across the CEE region, including sales, margin, stock rotation and store P&L.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the global brand owner and international headquarters
  • Managing the product area, including sales analysis, ordering, assortment planning and stock allocation
  • Overseeing retail operations and ensuring consistent execution of commercial, product and operational standards across stores
  • Managing Visual Merchandising standards and implementation of new collections and product launches
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities in cooperation with internal teams and external partners
  • Leading new store openings and supporting entry into new markets across the CEE region
  • Driving both retail and e-commerce performance and identifying opportunities for further business growth
  • Working closely with Logistics, IT, Property, HR, Finance and other key functions
  • Leading and developing a large, geographically dispersed organisation across several markets


Wymagania

  • Strong experience in sales, commercial or retail management within an international organisation
  • Experience managing business performance across multiple stores, markets or countries
  • Strong understanding of sales, profitability, P&L, stock management and retail KPIs
  • Experience working with key international or regional stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Proven people management experience, including leadership of large or geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in business development, market expansion or new store openings
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience gained within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, premium consumer goods or another brand-driven retail environment will be a strong advantage
