Zakres obowiązków

  • Oversee daily banking activity, including reviewing bank statements and monitoring payment file flows between global banking partners and internal systems. Proactively investigate interface issues to ensure smooth straight‑through processing and reduce recurring errors.
  • Partner closely with international AP, Master Data, and Finance teams-as well as external banks-to analyze and resolve payment exceptions and interface discrepancies.
  • Drive the rollout of payment automation initiatives across ERP systems (including Workday), internal functions, and broker platforms.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain treasury dashboards and reporting solutions in Kyriba, Power BI, or comparable tools to support evolving operational needs.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for business users and subject matter experts, ensuring consistent understanding of treasury tools and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams for system configuration changes, mapping enhancements, and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and review variance analyses related to international treasury accounts.
  • Manage treasury access rights, entitlement adjustments, service ticket follow‑ups, and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with the London‑based Transformation Manager to promote adoption of Kyriba modules and standardized treasury processes across multiple regions, including the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, and Eastern Europe.
  • Maintain and administerKyriba modules for global operations, including:
    • Payments
    • Financial Transactions (e.g., intercompany lending and related accounting)
    • Core Data (e.g., bank account integration with Workday general ledgers)
    • Cash & Liquidity
  • Ensure accuracy of global payment data within Kyriba and associated broker platforms.
  • Participate in broader finance transformation projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience managing key Kyriba modules.
  • Experience within a large Shared Service Center or a Corporate Treasury team is highly preferred.
  • Previous exposure to banking, payments, or cash management processes is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of treasury technology tools, banking portals, and ERP‑to‑bank integrations.
  • Strong overall system aptitude and comfort working with complex financial platforms.
  • Deep practical experience with Kyriba.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of reconciliation processes.
  • General awareness of finance system architecture and integrations.
  • Familiarity with standard transaction file formats (XML, BAI, EDI, and other flat files).
