ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and process improvements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables such as business features, user stories, and technical requirements
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and value creation
- Create mockups, process flows, and BPMN diagrams to support requirement clarification
- Validate requirements with business teams and ensure alignment across markets
2. Business Architecture
- Map and model current and future-state business capabilities, processes, and information flows
- Maintain and update business capability maps and process architecture
- Support the design and implementation of target operating models aligned with company strategic objectives
- Contribute to enterprise architecture initiatives, focusing on integration, scalability, and process standardization
3. Business Process Engineering
- Lead or participate in end-to-end process reviews, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design, document, and optimize business processes using best practices and automation where applicable
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed process changes and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach business teams on how to ask the right questions and document processes effectively
4. Project & Change Management
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, HQ and Polish stakeholders, and external implementation partners
- Support change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Actively support key migration initiatives to MS Dynamics
- Assist the Polish organization in adopting fit‑to‑standard Dynamics processes

WYMAGANIA:
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or process engineering, ideally within real estate, construction, or related industries
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including hands‑on experience with BPMN, requirements management, and data analysis
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and participation in digital transformation initiatives
- Ideally, practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) migrations or implementations
- Ability to work effectively in both structured corporate environments and more autonomous, fast‑paced settings
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing alignment between HQ and the Polish organization
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and cultures
- Seniority and confidence appropriate for an experienced Business Analyst capable of challenging assumptions and guiding stakeholders
- Fluent in Polish and English
