Your responsibilities

PR Strategy & Execution

• Support the PR Director in developing, delivering, and executing PR plans for:

• Sunreef's product roadmap

• Yacht launches and deliveries

• Brand campaigns

• Strategic partnerships

• International events and activations

• Ensure activities align with the PR strategy, commercial objectives, brand positioning, and long-term visibility goals

Media Relations

• Support the PR Director in building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier international media, including:

• Marine & yachting press

• Luxury and lifestyle publications

• Design and architecture media

• Business and innovation outlets

• Assist in securing high-quality, editorial-grade coverage across priority markets

• Coordinate journalist and editor inquiries under the PR Director's direction (PR Director serves as primary point of contact)

Press Office & Content Ownership

• Managing incoming media requests:

• Interviews

• Press inquiries

• Image and asset requests

• Statements and clarifications

• Own and produce (with PR Director approval) :

• Press releases

• Media alerts (mailings)

• Official statements

Q&As and briefing documents

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, approvals, and brand alignment across all communications

Press Assets & Brand Narrative

• Maintain a ready-to-deploy press kit, including:

• Yacht model specifications

• High-resolution imagery and video

• Brand and company background

• Sustainability narrative and proof points

• Leadership biographies

• Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, sustainability, sales) to:

• Capture key milestones

• Articulate design philosophy

• Translate technical substance into compelling stories (in support of PR Director)

• Events, Boat Shows & Press Activations

Support the PR Director in managing PR activities for:

• International boat shows

• Yacht premieres

• Partner and brand activations

• Coordinate:

• Press attendance and accreditation

• Press schedules and interviews

• On-site media servicing

• Post-event follow-ups and coverage tracking

Support press trips and shipyard visits, ensuring:

• Tight logistics

• Seamless coordination

• Exceptional hospitality standards aligned with luxury expectations

• Reporting & Performance Tracking

Deliver monthly PR reports to the PR Director, including:

• Media placements

• Tiering and quality assessment

• Reach and visibility metrics

• Key learnings and next actions

• Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen media positioning and storytelling impact, feeding insights to the PR Director

Our requirements

• 5+ years of PR experience, preferably within:

• Luxury yachting

• Automotive or aviation

• Hospitality or premium lifestyle brands

• High-end design or architecture

• Proven ability to secure top-tier, high-quality editorial coverage

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English

• Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish and /or Arabic are a strong advantage

Confident managing

• Senior leadership stakeholders

• Sensitive topics

• High-pressure approvals and timelines

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Willingness to travel internationally for:

• Boat shows

• Launches

• Press trips and media events

• Sunreef Yachts is seeking an experienced and highly driven PR Manager to support the PR Director in delivering global public relations activities for one of the world's most distinctive luxury yachting brands.
• This role works closely with the PR Director to shape how Sunreef is perceived across marine, luxury, design, business, and lifestyle media worldwide. You will assist in translating technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability into compelling editorial narratives, support media relationships, and represent the brand at major international events and launches as directed.
• This position requires strategic thinking, editorial excellence, composure under pressure, and impeccable execution in a supportive capacity.
