We are looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of our EMEA Financial Shared Service Center. This is a unique chance to shape the SSC's structure, strategy, and future - from operational excellence to expanding service scope and integrating additional entities.

In this role, you will:
  • Implement the SSC strategy and define the development roadmap
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance operations team
  • Expand the SSC scope by onboarding new processes and new companies
  • Ensure standardization, compliance, accuracy, and strong process governance
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee and engage in GL and month-end closing activities
  • Manage the SSC budget and cost optimization
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the EMEA region

You're a strategic leader with a hands-on approach. You thrive in building structures, optimizing processes, and guiding people through change. You combine strong financial expertise with a continuous improvement mindset.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in leadership
  • Strong background in SSC setup or management
  • Deep knowledge of financial processes: AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Tax, Reporting
  • Experience scaling operations and integrating multi-entity environments
  • International exposure
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, PIBR, CPA, CMA) preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP / S4HANA)
  • Solid understanding of SSC best practices and compliance requirements
  • Experience with digital finance tools (workflows, BI analytics, DPA, automation tools)
  • Hands-on, proactive approach
  • Strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Culturally aware and comfortable in a diverse environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
