Zakres obowiązków

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Support recruitment activities for the SSC, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and internal HR standards.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment during the SSC setup phase.
  • Partner with managers on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with corporate strategy.


Wymagania

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
