Zakres obowiązków

  • Build and enhance pricing and analytical models using actuarial/statistical methods
  • Develop stochastic models and run scenario-based simulations
  • Deliver portfolio analytics: performance drivers, claims trends, risk insights
  • Support reinsurance optimisation and comparative strategy analysis (where applicable)
  • Automate and streamline workflows using Python/R/SQL/VBA (as relevant)
  • Translate outputs into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Create tools/dashboards to monitor risk and loss experience
  • Respond to technical queries on data, assumptions, and model results
  • Produce well-documented, audit-ready analyses and model documentation
  • Support client-facing materials (presentations, technical discussions) as needed
  • Close collaboration with an international, London-based analytics team
  • Occasional travel may be required (domestic and international)


Wymagania

  • Qualified Actuary (or equivalent actuarial qualification)
  • Proven experience in MTPL pricing in CEE
  • Strong background in pricing and/or capital modelling
  • Solid knowledge of Solvency II and European regulatory environment
  • Understanding of reserving methodologies used in the market
  • Strong analytical skills; high attention to detail
  • Programming capability in Python, R, SQL and/or VBA
  • Able to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote / multi-location setup
  • Excellent written and spoken English
