Zakres obowiązków

  • Act as the Workday SME for HR across multiple countries, guiding cross-functional teams and supporting users at all levels.
  • Manage and resolve functional issues within the Workday ecosystem as part of a global support team.
  • Contribute to analysis, design and testing of Workday modules for global deployment.
  • Gather and review HR policies and practices from international teams to drive standardization and optimisation.
  • Work with global stakeholders to identify configuration gaps and propose remediation plans.
  • Assess the impact of Workday changes, updates and releases on existing processes.
  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies and roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support HR and business users with clear guidance on issue resolution and system usage.

Wymagania

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM.
  • Additional Workday module knowledge (Benefits, Compensation, Time/Absence) is a plus.
  • Workday certifications are an advantage.
  • Multi-country HR experience.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Polish & English language skills preferred.
