Your responsibilities

• Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and UK Directors.
• Leading the annual budgeting cycle – planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Delivering accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Conducting financial analysis, monitoring KPIs, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Driving continuous operational improvement across finance, HR, IT, and manufacturing.
• Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Overseeing implementation of financial systems, IT infrastructure, and reporting tools.
• Negotiating and managing supplier contracts and performance.
• Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• Managing the organization’s risk framework and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Designing and maintaining robust internal control mechanisms.
• Providing inspiring leadership to finance and operations teams.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders: board members, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
