Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage the delivery of SAP projects within the ECC landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Oversee implementation, testing, deployment and stabilisation of SAP solutions.
  • Cooperate with internal teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide strong technical and functional guidance for all SAP-related topics.
  • Monitor project performance, address risks proactively and maintain transparent communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations and project governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate training, documentation and knowledge transfer to end users.
  • Prepare reports summarising project milestones, solution performance and improvement areas.

Wymagania

  • A successful SAP Delivery Manager should have:
  • Proven experience delivering SAP projects in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP modules relevant to production and logistics.
  • A track record of managing complex projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and propose practical, scalable solutions.
  • Knowledge of sector-specific compliance and digitalisation requirements.
