Zakres obowiązków

  • Lead and manage the SAP Retail Supply Chain Department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of retail supply chain processes to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Retail solutions that streamline warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP Retail modules, with a focus on SD and MM, to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures for managing retail product master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Drive the adoption of agile and waterfall project methodologies to manage and execute supply chain optimization projects effectively
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating communication and decision-making to ensure project success
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail supply chain management and SAP solutions
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in English and demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups

Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience (5 years) in retail supply chain management, with a focus on warehousing and store operations
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Retail systems, particularly SD and MM modules; experience with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing SAP Retail solutions and integrating them with existing IT systems
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading both agile and waterfall projects; certification in project management methodologies is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including business and IT teams
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
