• Resolving 3rd line support tickets and other technical issues where
• Working with the IT Helpdesk Lead you will ensure that the more
complex tickets are resolved in a timely manner

processes wherever possible.
• Assisting other 1st/2nd line IT team members.
• Resolving a range of problems from all areas of the business.
• Investigate root causes of problem, resolving it and preventing it from
• Systems support: Virtualised Servers, Storage and Backup, Veeam,
Firewalls and Networking, Microsoft 365 and Cloud Applications, SQL
Server, ERP (Dynamics NAV).
• Machine Integration, Technical involvement in Kleen-Tex’s Cloud
• Business continuity and DR planning/testing.
• Educated to degree level in IT.
• The ability to balance different projects.
• Experience as IT support.
• Strong English Language, and good verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of the
business across multiple countries is critical.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure with the ability to deal with
multiple issues at one time.
