Your responsibilities

• Spend analysis of assigned commodities
• Benchmark, analysis and follow-up of supply markets to secure that the best conditions are reached
• Propose and approve bidder lists, coordinate running sourcings in close cooperation with project buyers
• Plan, bundle & execute supplier negotiations within assigned commodities with TCO approach
• Active support of project buyers during whole sourcing process incl. supplier selection meeting with aim to achieve project timing & project targets
• Assume pilot role for cost savings activities (Ti10 program) incl. cross-functional team coordination, with aim to implement savings within given timeline and budget expectations
• Support SCM (supply chain management) department in case of supplier escalations and SCM optimization projects
• Perform, coordinate and be responsible for purchased parts price management incl. quarterly indexations, detailed cost breakdown analysis & negotiations and quick solving of unexpected cases of PPV (piece price variation)
• Assume role of change coordinator for ECR (engineering change request) cases triggered from supplier side
• Manage, develop and maintain optimal supplier panel incl. market research and new supplier onboarding
• Monitor & develop supplier performance by regular usage of QCD tool

Our requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Business Management or Purchasing/Supply Chain/Economics or Finance
• Minimum 7 years work experience within purchasing in direct, Indirect, Capex & tooling categories and in the automotive / industrial manufacturing sector
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Strong and proven negotiation skills
• Very good self-organization and time management skills
• Solid and proven knowledge in cost structure and cost break-down analysis

Your responsibilities

• Deploy TitanX group/product line quality objectives & strategies and set quality targets for projects
• Deploy TitanX group associated standards, methodologies and tools in projects

Your responsibilities

• Generate realistic and consistent Master Production Schedules (MPS)
• Continuously improve quality of the MPS generation
• Lead RCCP work to ensure that MPS is realistic & consistent with resources
• Ensure constant alignment between MPS and SIOP
• Optimise inventory, while balancing risk of shortages
• Track and measure MPS Respect Rate levels
• Coordinate MPS & RCCP meetings with plant operations team
• Cascade and escalate all key information

Our requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)
• 5- to 10-year experience in Supply Chain (planning)
• Good SAP & Excel skills.
• Very good level of English
• Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
• Leadership & Communication skills to coordinate with several other departments and challenge status-quo to obtain results
• Analytical skills to handle large amount of data and extract clear conclusions.

Your responsibilities

• Spend analysis of assigned commodities
• Benchmark, analysis and follow-up of supply markets to secure that the best conditions are reached
• Propose and approve bidder lists, coordinate running sourcings in close cooperation with project buyers
• Plan, bundle & execute supplier negotiations within assigned commodities with TCO approach
• Active support of project buyers during whole sourcing process incl. supplier selection meeting with aim to achieve project timing & project targets
• Assume pilot role for cost savings activities (Ti10 program) incl. cross-functional team coordination, with aim to implement savings within given timeline and budget expectations
• Support SCM (supply chain management) department in case of supplier escalations and SCM optimization projects
• Perform, coordinate and be responsible for purchased parts price management incl. quarterly indexations, detailed cost breakdown analysis & negotiations and quick solving of unexpected cases of PPV (piece price variation)
• Assume role of change coordinator for ECR (engineering change request) cases triggered from supplier side
• Manage, develop and maintain optimal supplier panel incl. market research and new supplier onboarding
• Monitor & develop supplier performance by regular usage of QCD tool

Our requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Business Management or Purchasing/Supply Chain/Economics or Finance
• Minimum 7 years work experience within purchasing in direct, Indirect, Capex & tooling categories and in the automotive / industrial manufacturing sector
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Strong and proven negotiation skills
• Very good self-organization and time management skills
• Solid and proven knowledge in cost structure and cost break-down analysis
• Deep understanding & experience with Central Europe supply markets
• Excellent analytical skills with advance MS Excel practical knowledge
• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Supplier relationship management, Global Supply Chain, Supplier Development, Manufacturing processes, Business Process Improvement
• Preferable experience within plastic, aluminium casting, cutting & stamping parts, fasteners, machined parts, rolled aluminium, copper, steel, gaskets & rubber parts

• Development of suppliers from initial quality system audit, through APQP monitoring, until start of production.
• Supports supplier sourcing decisions from quality point of view.
• Collects relevant data & monitor and report the supplier's quality performance through the appropriate indicators

Your responsibilities

• Lead Conceptualization, Order and Installation of Thermal Performance Test equipment
• Responsible to keep Test Facility upto date to industry standards and testing requirements and ordering related equipment.
• Supervise team of Test Engineers, Test technicians & Prototype shop technicians
• Create and validate test plans, responsible for transforming DV & PV plans into Test plans.
• Responsible for creation and approval of official Test reports for all testing (in-house & external).
• Time planning for internal and external testing projects and ensure timely completion.
• Research new testing methods, equipment and software to improve test efficiency and quality
• Develop system testing to verify new system design concept and new technology.
• Order and maintain stock of testing consumables
• Introduce & implement automatic in testing.
• Represent TitanX in Technical information exchange between TitanX & Customers, Suppliers and 3rd party test laboratories.

Our requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or greater in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics or related Engineering subject area. Equivalent industry technical experience will be considered.
• 15+ Years of Experience in Automotive / Truck Thermal testing
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hands on with Thermal System products ( HVACs, e-Compressors, Chillers, Water Cooled Condensers, TXVs/EXVs, BLDCs, Actuators, Sensors, etc.)
• Knowledge about reliability analysis, reliability prediction methods, accelerated life testing and other statistical methods preferred.
• Experience with understanding requirements and test specifications, Past test engineering experience preferred,
• Team player – ability to work with people from different national and cultural backgrounds

Optional

• Experience in Thermal & Mechatronic systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of ASPICE Levels, Cyber-Security requirements and related testing program in a plus.
