    • Perform customer service responsibilities in German through call, email or chat
    • Represent your parent company in a professional and polite manner
    • Shine through swift and efficient problem resolution
    • Client-specific Tasks will be discussed based on your preferred location

    Wymagania

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
    • Intermediate knowledge of English (B1-B2)
    • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
    • Customer service experience will be considered an advantage
    • EU/Schengen citizenship or valid work permit for the country you want to relocate to
    • Basic computer knowledge
