Your Mission at CYCLE

• Invoices are your thing! With your trained eye, you ensure the correct recording, checking and timely processing of all invoices and payments.

• Furthermore, you are responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable of our companies at home and abroad.

• You are an expert when it comes to ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting obligations, and you routinely implement the corresponding requirements in your daily work.

• Monitoring weekly payments, ensuring their accuracy and timely execution are also part of your job.

• To ensure the seamless integration and optimization of the accounting processes, you are also in constant exchange with interdisciplinary teams of the different companies.

• Preparing internal and external financial reports, providing key insights and analysis to support decision-making processes complete the exciting repertoire of tasks in this role.

• Payroll management for all our entities, encompassing contract administration and effective communication with local partners.

Your skills and qualifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office clerk, tax clerk) or a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. business administration or similar).

• You have already gained some professional experience in the field of finance/accounting and are now looking for a responsible position that will broaden your experience.

• You are characterised by your analytical skills, a pronounced affinity for numbers and your ability to evaluate data precisely.

• You keep a cool head even under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time if necessary.

• You are curious and always strive to identify improvements, which is why you keep yourself constantly up to date in your area of expertise.

• When implementing new processes in our company, you are proactive, strategically astute and open to innovation.

• You are able to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with changing priorities.

• Good written and spoken English and German skills are essential for the role so that you can communicate with our international team.

Your Mission at CYCLE
As the Online Marketing Manager, you will spearhead all digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads through performance marketing and increase website traffic. Your core mission will be to develop and execute high-impact, integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, SEM, SEO, website management, social media, content creation, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

• Performance Marketing: Drive qualified lead generation via data-driven paid campaigns. Expertly manage budgets, bidding, and A/B tests to maximize ROI.

• SEO: Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals. Implement tactics to improve organic search visibility and rankings and generate more relevant traffic.

• Website Management: Oversee website updates and enhancements to ensure optimal user experience, conversion-focused design, and a seamless digital presence.

• Social Media: Formulate comprehensive social strategy aligned with business goals and audience. Execute robust platform-specific tactics leveraging insights for engagement, awareness, leads, and acquisitions.

Your skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Online Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar role

• Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and digital advertising

• Proven expertise in leveraging marketing tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, HubSpot

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Creative mindset coupled with a discerning eye for design and branding

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with external partners and designers

• Strong organizational skills and project management expertise to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization to continuously improve marketing performance

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. German is a plus.
