  Your responsibilities

  Technical Service Representative for RISCO customers in Poland including distributors, installation companies, system integrators and installers.

  Our requirements

  Responsibilities:

  • Represent RISCO as the technical service provider for our customers in Poland.
  • Resolve and fulfil all assigned and received customer service requests and complaints.
  • Monitor, maintain and escalate technical problems to the Head Office, when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction in the quickest possible time.
  • Ensure that all activities including maintenance, troubleshooting, malfunctions, installations, upgrades, etc, are conducted with minimal disruptions for our customers.
  • Conduct regular technical product training across Poland for existing customers and new prospects.
  • Translations of both technical and sales related documentation from English to Polish on an ongoing basis.

  We offer

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Service Representative
  • Experience in intrusion detection systems - advantage
  • Polish at advanced business level is mandatory, both written & spoken.
  • Fluency in English at a business level, written and spoken.
  • Ability to support and train customers at an advanced technical level.
  • Training must be conducted mainly at customer locations and remotely when required.
  • Good communication and relationship skills during interactions with customers
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within and across Poland.
  • Bachelor"s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or other technological fields
