Your responsibilities

• Optimization of existing recipees in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces, development of new products for our own brands as well as for our private label customers
• Preparation of declarations and specifications
• Support with the planning and commissioning of our new plant in Nowy Tomyśl
• Technical responsibility for raw materials: technical assessment and qualification of new raw materials and new suppliers for use in our products, projects on raw materials in close cooperation with the interfaces

Our requirements

• Well-founded knowledge in ration calculation and feeding of dogs & cats; experience in dietetics
• Customer-oriented, flexible action as well as analytical thinking even under high work pressure

Your responsibilities

• Administration of applications to control our production facilities.
• Maintenance, updates, upgrades, patches as well as checking the settings and customizing of the applications.
• Responsibility for authorization and user management, as well as (change) documentation.

• Responsibility for planning and organizing the company's space during trade fairs and conferences (stands).
• Working closely with agencies, event organizers, and internal departments.
• Participation in the events in Germany and Europe.
• Supporting export sales teams in marketing activities.

Our requirements

• University degree, preferably in economics, marketing, or agriculture.
• Knowledge of the events market.
• Experience in organizing large, complex trade fairs.
• Ability to prepare event-related materials.
• Creative and open-minded.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Good level of English.
• German language desirable.
• Driving licence cat. B.
• Ability to travel abroad (1-2 times per month).
• Attendance at the office in Poznań (1 time per week).
