Your responsibilities

• Lead strategic satellite projects and programs across their full lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and delivery.
• Coordinate Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, AIT, procurement, quality and operations.
• Build realistic project plans and implement recovery actions when needed.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts related to priorities, resources and technical decisions.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and space agencies.
• Prepare clear decision options and recommendations for senior management.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop an effective Project House.
• Improve project processes without slowing down delivery.

Our requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in complex space/satellite/technology projects.
• Documented responsibility for at least one satellite successfully launched and deployed into orbit.
• Strong knowledge of the satellite industry and the complete satellite lifecycle.
• Experience in both a structured corporate environment and a fast-moving New Space organization.
• Experience managing Project Managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to combine established processes with pragmatic and delivery-focused execution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English.

Creotech Instruments is looking for an experienced Strategic Space Program Manager to lead complex satellite projects and strengthen our Project Office.

We are looking for someone who combines experience from a large, process-driven space company with hands-on delivery experience in a fast-moving New Space organization.

You must have successfully led at least one satellite project through development, integration, testing, launch and deployment into orbit.

The role may be performed fully remotely, provided that agreed results are delivered. Regular presence in our Warsaw office will be an advantage.
