Zakres obowiązków

Prepare, maintain, and coordinate multilingual after-sales technical documentation, including service manuals, spare parts lists, repair guides, and training materials.
Ensure technical and after-sales documentation complies with relevant EU regulatory requirements.
Coordinate customer and service partner training needs across Europe and organize online and on-site training sessions.
Provide technical support to European customers and service partners, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, and compatibility issues.
Investigate product quality issues and perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why.
Develop and coordinate corrective and improvement actions in cooperation with R&D, Quality, Production, and other internal teams.
Monitor and analyze European after-sales and product quality data, identify recurring issues, and prepare quality reports and recommendations.
Support communication and project coordination between the China headquarters and European teams, including after-sales preparation for new product launches.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical after-sales support, product quality, or a similar role, preferably within consumer electronics or smart devices.
Practical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, firmware-related issues, and remote technical support.
Familiarity with Android-based smart devices, particularly Google TV / Android TV, would be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of quality and root cause analysis methodologies, such as 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone Diagram.
Fluent English allowing effective communication in an international technical environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to cooperate across different teams and willingness to travel occasionally.
