Service Support Assistant

Your responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
• Manage invoicing and purchasing
• Monitor cost allocation and payments to suppliers
• Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and team members
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Take on additional responsibilities when needed
• Support HR operations
• Support payroll operations
• Support documents management

Our requirements

• Proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong English skills
• University degree (preferred financial background)
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Microsoft Teams)
• Friendly personality with great interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
