Senior AP Accountant with German

Senior AP Accountant with GermanZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Process and post vendor invoices in SAP;
- Prepare and process weekly payments;
- Reconcile supplier accounts and confirm balances;
- Monitor supplier account balances and ensure their timely settlement;
- Deliver high-quality Accounts Payable services in line with agreed KPIs;
- Prepare reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities;
- Handle more complex AP cases and support other team members;
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within the AP function.

WYMAGANIA:

- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable;
- Fluent German (minimum B2, preferably C1) and communicative English;
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes;
- Solid experience working with SAP;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with different stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
