Internal Auditor

In this role, you will support audit assignments across a wide range of business areas. You will assess internal controls, document findings, and work closely with stakeholders at operational and senior management levels. ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Participate in internal audit assignments across different business areas
- Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls
- Conduct controls testing, risk assessments, and process walkthroughs
- Document audit findings clearly and to a high standard
- Support preparation of audit reports and recommendations
- Track and follow up on management actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations and management levels
- Build knowledge of business processes, products, markets, and regulatory requirements

WYMAGANIA:

- Experience in internal or external audit (financial services or regulated environment preferred)
- Big 4 experience is a strong advantage
- Understanding of financial and operational processes in regulated businesses
- Experience in controls testing, risk assessment, and process walkthroughs
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation
- SQL, Python, or data visualization tools are a plus
- Working towards or holding a qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
