Senior Supply Chain Specialist with German

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join a global organization, supporting end-to-end supply chain performance, customer collaboration, and advanced analytics activities.In this role, you will act as a key partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, delivering insights that support service-to-sales performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will work in a matrix environment, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic decision support.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Deliver advanced analytics and insights to support customer collaboration and service-to-sales performance
- Provide structured inputs to joint planning, service reviews, and performance tracking (without full ownership)
- Analyse supply chain performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Identify performance gaps and support root cause analysis and improvement actions
- Support cost-to-serve analysis, penalties tracking, and service KPI reporting
- Contribute to reporting automation, data quality, and process standardisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and process effectiveness

WYMAGANIA:

- University degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Strong experience in customer-facing supply chain roles
- Fluent English and German (min. C1)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a strong advantage)
- Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation
- Ability to translate data into clear, structured business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and driving efficiency initiatives
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
