Order Management Specialist with German

We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist with German to join a global Supply Chain Operations team.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accurate order execution, inventory alignment, and timely resolution of customer and operational queries. You will play a key role in maintaining service levels, data accuracy, and seamless order flow across the supply chain.This position is ideal for candidates who want to develop within a structured supply chain environment and gain exposure to international operations.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Manage transactional order processing activities, including order entry, validation, and amendments
- Perform stock allocation and availability checks, including reservations and substitutions
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment in line with operational procedures
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries through case management tools
- Process claims, returns, and penalties, ensuring accurate data collection and validation
- Support issue resolution and escalation management within defined workflows
- Maintain high data quality and compliance with supply chain processes

WYMAGANIA:

- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain roles
- Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level)
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
