Zakres obowiązków

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees via email and ticketing systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment-related documents and certificates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and personnel administration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Cooperate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain a high level of customer service

Wymagania

  • Fluency in Hungarian (C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, HR support, or shared services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
