Digital Marketing Specialist (F/M)

Your responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, you will be a part of European team and play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing communication strategy. Your work will span the planning and delivery of initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content creation and performance analytics. In this role, you will help elevate our brand visibility, deepen audience engagement and contribute directly to business growth through insight‑driven, data‑based marketing actions. Responsibilities:
• Optimize digital channel performance (Website, SEO, Google Business, paid media, email, LinkedIn),
• Collaborate on website performance improvements (traffic, conversion) and support content updates,
• Support campaign-specific content creation (ads, emails, landing pages) in alignment with brand storytelling and communication strategy,
• Define relevant digital marketing KPIs and implement performance tracking tools and dashboards,
• Leverage the CRM capabilities for lead generation programs and email marketing,
• Align with sales/product teams to ensure digital marketing relevance,
• Support other marketing activities (ex. trade shows, customer events,...).

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or relevant field,
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, especially in digital marketing and communication,
• Ability to create content and write effective marketing messages (copywriting, CTA),
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and basic data interpretation,
• Practical understanding of SEO, social media, and content management,
• Experience working with WordPress,
• High accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently,
• Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work,
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication and preparation of written materials.
