Specialist, Business Analysis

Your responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements for IT solutions;
• Collaborating with business owners to define their needs and expectations;
• Suggesting IT solutions that meet user needs;
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes;
• Cooperating with Project Managers;
• Creating and maintaining analytical documentation;
• Supporting business user during the UAT phase;
• Developing skills administrator-level in Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in Polish, English and Italian (spoken and written at B2/C1 level);
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create documentation;
• Good work organization, ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines;
• Willingness to travel abroad for business purposes.
• Experience in business analysis (experience in the banking industry will be an additional advantage);
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel;
• Independence, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
