ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
-
Serve as a finance partner supporting Purchasing organization.
-
Execute month-end closing activities and support financial reporting requirements.
-
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes for Purchasing results.
-
Participate in regular meetings with Finance and Purchasing teams to review performance and align on priorities.
-
Provide support to regional Purchasing Finance team members as needed.
-
Perform financial analyses and provide insights to help the Purchasing team achieve its financial objectives.
-
Engage in special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned.
-
Utilize systems including SAP BI, Enterproj, CS Plan, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
-
Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting tools, files, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
WYMAGANIA:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large datasets.
-
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
-
Experience with, or willingness to learn, Power Query for performance reporting (not a must).
-
Highly motivated self‑starter with strong accountability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
