Zakres obowiązków

Your responsibilities
  • Design and develop backend services in Python
  • Build AI-powered features using modern Generative AI technologies
  • Implement solutions such as:
    • document classification
    • speech-to-text processing
    • RAG-based knowledge systems
    • AI assistants and workflow automation
  • Integrate AI services with existing internal systems
  • Collaborate with domain development teams who will integrate your solutions into their products
  • Contribute to architectural decisions in a growing AI-focused team
  • This role is 100% development (no maintenance/support work).

Wymagania

Must have
  • Solid commercial experience in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI in real projects
    • working with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI or similar)
    • building RAG-based solutions
    • understanding of embeddings, context handling, token limits
  • Experience with tools such as:
    • LangChain
    • Langflow
    • Ollama
    • llama.cpp
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to design clean, modular, scalable backend architecture


Nice to have (not required)
  • Basic knowledge of React
  • Basic knowledge of PHP (our main backend language in other teams - willingness to learn is enough)
