Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Supervise activities related to e.g. intercompany, fixed assets, reporting, account reconciliation, MEC, internal / external audit, process compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial data to senior management as required.

Wymagania

A successful RTR Team Leader should have:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the Record to Report (RTR) process, preferably servicing multiple European (business & manufacturing) entities.
  • Experience and knowledge related to IFRS (including IFRS 16), SAP, RPA / BPM tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken.
