Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage the Maintenance Department, including machinery, equipment, technical installations and site infrastructure.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure continuous availability of key utilities.
  • Maintain high standards of technical documentation.
  • Monitor breakdowns, spare parts usage and key maintenance KPIs.
  • Oversee compliance of installations and buildings with legal requirements and external audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and internal standards.
  • Develop and update safety procedures and deliver job‑specific training.
  • Manage the maintenance budget.
  • Lead a team of mechanics, electricians and automation specialists.
  • Support audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Wymagania

  • University degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in maintenance within a production environment.
  • Proven experience in managing a technical team.
  • Experience in modernization projects, commissioning or equipment upgrades is a strong advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM and reliability improvement methods.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Lean certifications are an advantage.
  • English at a level enabling daily communication and documentation.
  • Category B driving license.
