Design Automation Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Building and optimizing automated workflows (Adobe CC, Figma, Bannerflow, Celtra, Smartly.io, GWD).
- Creating modular, scalable templates for large volumes of assets (static, dynamic, video).
- Translating briefs, campaign logic, and data feeds into complete creative systems.
- Maintaining central repositories and libraries (DAM, automation platforms).
- Producing and scaling creatives for campaign needs (Meta, Google, Programmatic).
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all creative variants.
- Creating documentation and supporting the team in working with automation systems.

Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design / high-volume creative production.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Smartly.io, Celtra, Bannerflow).
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Programmatic specifications.
- Ability to work with data structures (CSV, XML, JSON).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, After Effects) and scripting.
- Strong command of Figma (components, variables, tokens, plugins).
- Strong systems thinking and information-organization skills.
- Ability to collaborate with design, media, and marketing teams.
- Nice to have: HTML5, JavaScript, creative coding.
- Fluent English, along with strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills.
