Zakres obowiązków
-
leading and project managing organizational change initiatives to improve business performance, enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth in the facility
-
collaborating with cross-functional teams
-
developing and implementing transformation strategies and plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives
-
leading key change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
-
ensuring adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices
-
communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration on transformation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
-
supporting the analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement
-
providing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
-
establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives
-
identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives
-
leading the Leadership Team Policy Deployment flowdown across the organisation
Wymagania
-
experience in leadership in a cross-functional environment based on collaboration and influencing
-
higher technical education
-
experience gained in a manufacturing company (preferably in the Aerospace industry)
-
experience in leading complex new product introduction or change management programmes in a matrixed organization will be an additional asset
-
very good level of English (B2), fluency in Polish
-
strong knowledge of Lean Operations Management
-
knowledge of facilitation of Policy Deployment / Hoshin Kanri strategic priority creation and alignment
-
demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems through Lean methods
-
demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
-
strong interpersonal and leadership skills (respectful and agile approach, commitment, analytical mind, critical thinking)
