Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect consultant who will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive architectural documentation for infrastructure services within the Core Services domain.

The primary focus of the role is on Azure Entra ID cloud integration and DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) in an enterprise environment.

Your responsibilities

• Development of a complete High Level Design (HLD) document in accordance with company standards and approved by Group Architects
• Preparation of a detailed Solution Design Document (SDD) in accordance with company standards and approved by Group Architects
• Providing technical consulting and architectural support to the Core Services team in the area of infrastructure services
• Performing gap analysis between the current-state architecture and the target-state architecture
• Creating Architectural Decision Records (ADR) documenting key design decisions along with their rationale
• Mapping technical requirements to ensure compliance with Business Continuity (BCCM), DORA, and audit requirements
• Designing integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, with particular focus on Azure Entra ID
• Supporting stakeholder management and technical communication between specialists and the Platform Owner

Our requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Architecture, including at least 5+ years in the role of Solution Architect in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID architecture, configuration, and integration
• Solid expertise in DNS and DHCP architecture and configuration in enterprise environments
• Proven experience in creating HLD and SDD documentation compliant with architectural standards of large organizations
• Strong understanding of identity management principles and Microsoft Identity solutions
• Experience with infrastructure service integration between on-premises and cloud environments
• Ability to translate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance requirements
• Proven collaboration with Enterprise Architecture teams in architectural design approval processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft PKI infrastructure design and implementation
• Previous experience in the financial services sector or other highly regulated industries
• Understanding of BCCM and DORA regulatory frameworks
• Experience with hybrid identity models and migration strategies
• Background in technical leadership roles supporting implementation teams
• Knowledge enterprise standards

• Office presence required at least 3 times per week
• Work in a large enterprise environment with high regulatory and architectural requirements
