Zakres obowiązków

  • Full organizational leadership - oversee production, sales, finance, HR, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute business strategy - define growth directions, implement innovation and new technologies.
  • P&L accountability - manage financial performance, budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability.
  • Drive sales growth and market expansion - actively participate in negotiations with key clients and develop new sales channels.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes - implement lean management, automation, and digitalization to boost efficiency.
  • Build organizational culture - develop the management team, coach leaders, and foster an environment of innovation.
  • Risk management and compliance - ensure adherence to legal regulations, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Reporting to the Board - prepare analyses, strategic recommendations, and development plans.
  • Represent the company externally - attend trade fairs, industry conferences, and strengthen the company's market presence.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in managing organizations and full P&L responsibility.
  • Higher education - preferably in engineering or business management.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) - mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach.
