Zakres obowiązków

  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Supervise daily accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate annual audits and cooperate with external auditors.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Wymagania

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in accounting in a manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of local tax regulations and labour laws.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English.
