Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated IT/Finance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes and acquiring new clients while acting as a trusted HR advisor. Your main focus will be on white-collar positions, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry.


Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Acquire and manage new client accounts, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
- Client & Candidate Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring an exceptional and transparent experience
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates.
- Market Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the IT, finance, and pharma sectors to identify and attract top talent
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house media brands to build strong networks and promote our services


Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a recruitment agency (preferably IT roles)
- Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, performance tracking, and IT literacy
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
