Zakres obowiązków

  • Develop, configure, and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform across the Stena Group.
  • Design and implement IAM/IGA solutions, including connectors, workflows, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes, such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and onboarding of new applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity and access governance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions.
  • Support incident and request handling, troubleshooting IAM-related issues, and providing guidance to internal teams.
  • Contribute to IAM strategy development, best practices, and continuous improvement of security processes and documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in project delivery using methodologies such as Agile and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.


Wymagania

  • 3+ years of hands-on in experience in Sailpoint Identity ISC, especially within complex environments
  • Preferable to have some SQL Identity repositories experience
  • Previous Level 2 or 3 experience hands on supporting a business
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Skilled in managing complex multi forest directory Services and Cloud Identity platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of IAM technologies and frameworks, including Active Directory (Entra ID), LDAP, SAML,OAuth, and others.
