Zakres obowiązków

  • Serve as the global coordinator for the end-to-end ERP and non-ERP application ecosystem supporting Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Integrated Business Planning, Project Systems, and process integration areas.
  • Act as the global primary contact for IT products related to Manufacturing and Engineering, offering strategic direction and expert input for ERP and associated non-ERP solutions.
  • Oversee demand management by capturing and refining regional and local product needs while identifying architectural dependencies.
  • Design and specify necessary system adjustments to meet both business and regulatory requirements, engaging with external service providers when necessary.
  • Drive implementation of process enhancements-standardization, automation, and simplification-across SAP S/4HANA and non-ERP tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to global architectural frameworks and change management policies.
  • Maintain documentation of global business processes and develop relevant system specifications.
  • Lead or support initiatives and projects aimed at process optimization and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, fellow IT Product Owners, internal IT functions, and local key user networks.
  • Define capabilities needed for Manufacturing operations and information flow.
  • Facilitate user enablement through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute actively to the Manufacturing & Engineering Community of Practice.


Wymagania

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, preferably within a large or medium-sized international enterprise.
  • Proven track record in managing business solutions with a focus on ERP platforms and their impact on operations.
  • Strong experience in leading IT projects from planning through execution.
  • Proficient in coordinating with external service providers and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile/SCRUM project environments.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end ERP processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Product and Process Management (PTM) modules.
  • Understanding of integration points with Operational Technologies (e.g., MES systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in evolving and complex environments.
