Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the EMEA region, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee and validate the work of 5 payroll specialists, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Act as first escalation point for complex payroll issues, providing guidance and resolutions
  • Generate and prepare payroll-related reports from the time and attendance system (night shifts, vacation, overtime, sickness)
  • Lead the Global Payroll Transformation Project, collaborating on planning, execution, data validation, and implementation
  • Drive payroll process standardization across regions to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and payroll compliance requirements within the EMEA region
  • Serve as primary contact for payroll providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, with a strong focus on EU payrolls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in complex data analysis, report creation, and spreadsheet management
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional EU languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and local labor laws in the EU, with experience in Hibob and CloudPay being highly desirable
