Senior Quality Specialist

As a Senior Quality Specialist in Nysa, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality on our major construction projects.



Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure HON installation works related to Fire Alarm System, Security Systems and BMS installations, as well as delivered products, are compliant with the highest standards, design requirements, technical guidance and Customer’s expectations
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
Verify on a daily basis the quality of works of HON subcontractors (installation scope, cabling, cable trays, cabinets, etc.), analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Cooperate closely with Quality Customer representatives.


Key skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field on a construction site
Fluent Polish (min B2)
Strong knowledge of quality control regulations and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills
Previous experience in Quality audits, NCR, and FAT scope
