Zakres obowiązków

  • Continuous alignment with evolving external regulatory requirements (LkSG, CSDDD, EUDR, CBAM, Scope 3, etc.) and development of implementation strategies for Global Supplier Management, Procurement Network, and supplier base.
  • Development and implementation of global internal and external directives, guidelines, standards, and contracts, including supplier training and education for procurement teams.
  • Further enhancement of the existing LkSG/CSDDD compliance software (Prewave) in coordination with the provider, Global Category Management, and the LkSG steering committee.
  • Active participation in external networking events and industry association meetings to benchmark and continuously enhance CSR and risk management strategies.
  • Close cooperation with Global Category Management.
  • Ongoing collaboration on development initiatives and process optimization within Global Supplier Management to improve methodologies, IT tools, and operational efficiency.
  • Global oversight of risk management efforts, including LkSG and financial screening during supplier onboarding, with direct responsibility for initiating these processes in the EMEA region.
  • Coordination of corrective actions on a global scale in response to identified compliance risks related to LkSG.

Wymagania

  • Min. 5 years of work experience with procurement background.
  • Know-how in current regulatory requirements (LkSG, CSDDD, EUDR, CBAM etc.)
  • Good knowledge of German language (min. B2 level)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (C1 level)
  • Experience with working on German markets
  • Communication skills
  • Highest degree in business administration, industrial engineering, sustainability management or a related field.
  • General IT affinity / digital competence
