Responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
• Answer questions from management, Engineering,


Skills:

• Liaising with Consortium Partner and reporting on progress to staff
• Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
• Ability in team work, skills in team management
• Skilled in piping and equipment installation for Power/Wte plants.
• Monitoring build costs and project progress
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks with
• Motivating the workforce
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
• Using specialist project management computer programmes (Project)
• Working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a site office, available to work in extra time when needed
• Manage construction tasks for piping and equipment installation
• Notify and schedule vendor representatives and equipment/system specialists
• Ensure that the contractors on the work site have implemented the safety rules
• Organize and coordinate the contractors intervention on site
• Organize and lead weekly review meeting with the contractors
• Participate to weekly review meeting with the client and Consortium Partner
• Follow-up the progress of the work done by the contractors
• Ensure that the construction schedule is followed and put in place corrective actions with the contractors in case of delay

Education, certification, and experience.
•
• Skills in using Office Package
• Experience in management of construction team, Very welcome availability of Kierowny Budowa certification
• Knowledge Of English language


Working time, Salary and Contract time

• Monday to Friday and extra time
• 20.000,00-26.000,00 PLN
• From 6 to 12 months
