      Your responsibilities

      • 2nd or 1st line troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
      • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
      • Applications Knowledge/experience
      • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
      • Selling warranty and service contracts
      • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records promptly.
      • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
      • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
      • Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
      • Handling, recording and resolving all service issues related to customers.
      • Sending technical information and service bulletins to customers.
      • Follow up with production and stores for timely dispatch of spares.

      • Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

      Education/Qualification

      • Masters or bachelor’s degree in biomedical / Electrical /Electronic engineering
      • Masters or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Lab Technology / related biomedical science/technology
      • Language Requirements
      • English and Polish is essential - another European language is highly desirable
