Head of Production Plants (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Overall performance, costs, quality, and delivery capability of all production plants
• P&L responsibility for multiple international production sites
• Development and implementation of the production strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy
• Preparation and active participation in site planning
• Budget and investment planning to ensure long-term competitiveness
• Ensuring efficiency, productivity, OEE, and material utilization
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of plant managers
• Further development of a high-performance leadership culture
• Talent development and succession planning for key positions in the plants
• Promotion of a strong safety, quality, and continuous culture improvement
• Representation of the production plants for executive management, management, and customers.

Our requirements

• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• A degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in the automotive industry
• Experience as a plant manager or in a comparable role with overall responsibility
• A proven track record in increasing productivity, improving efficiency, and optimizing costs
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
• Intercultural competence and experience in an international production environment
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational implementation skills
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
• Additional language skills, such as Czech, Slovak, Polish, or Spanish
