Customer Care Specialist with foreign languages - Order Entry (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing - enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
  • Case management - sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
  • Problem Resolution - independently address issues encountered during order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
  • Champion a customer-focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues - actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Our requirements

  • Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar.
  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
  • Additional foreign language skills (preferably Czech or French) would be a strong asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
  • University degree.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week).
